Welcome to Performance Goalkeeping. PGK is a complete goalkeeping resource designed for goalkeepers by goalkeepers. Founded and directed by Paul Rogers former Houston Dynamo FC, US Women’s National Team GK coach and current Head of Goalkeeping and 1st team GK coach for FC Cincinnati of the MLS.

Paul has worked at all levels of the game from youth to the professional and international levels. Along with Paul, Ryan Coulter MLS Next Pro and academy GK coach for FC Cincinnati run and assists in all aspects of PGK. Ryan is one of the top young GK coaches in the US and specializes in GK development. Additionally PGK work with a number of top quality licensed coaches, all of these PGK coaches are currently coaching GKs at numerous levels and have a wealth of experience to share with the PGK goalkeepers.

PGK provides a GK training environment that’s second to none, as well as access to the most up-to-the-minute developments in the modern game through videos, articles and advice straight from the top levels of soccer. Our training sessions focus on the fundamental techniques of goalkeeping, the same technical foundations that all great goalkeepers are built on, layered with the physical, tactical and psychological demands of the position.

Whether you’re male or female, a U10 beginner or a National Team goalkeeper Performance Goalkeeping’s training will make you a better and more complete goalkeeper. PGK coaches are also available to attend youth clubs and clinics, set up sessions, and work with your club’s goalkeepers and coaches.
